Frequently Asked Questions

Undeliverable First-Class mail is typically returned to the sender by the USPS as soon as a delivery issue is identified.

Return address is required.

To ensure undeliverable mail is returned, you must include a complete and correct return address on the envelope.

First-Class Mail does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation, and there is no proof of delivery if the recipient claims they did not receive it.

There is a weight limit of 13oz. per #10 double-windowed envelope. LetterStream can print and insert up to 14 pages (duplex) in one envelope under this weight limit.

You may add Certified tracking to any First-Class mail by selecting the checkbox when creating your mailing. Certified Mail is an additional fee.

Certified Mail or FedEx 2Day both offer tracking.

For critical mailings, consider using Certified Mail for tracking and delivery confirmation, or FedEx for faster delivery and advanced tracking.

There is a weight limit of 13oz.

#10 Double-window Envelope: LetterStream can print and insert up to 14 pages (duplex = double sided) in one envelope under this weight limit.

USPS Flat Envelope: LetterStream can print and insert up to 75 pages (duplex= double sided) in one flat envelope under this weight limit.

For each additional ounce over 13.oz it is an additional .29¢
