Once the letter reaches the destination country, delivery is transferred to a local courier, whose handling procedures may vary. As a result, signature confirmation cannot be guaranteed. Customers can, however, conveniently access available tracking updates through their account.
Certified Mail is a USPS upgrade to First-Class Mail that provides proof of mailing, tracking, and optional Electronic Signature upon request.
To add Certified Mail tracking to your letter, upload your document and check the box: Add Certified Mail service (Tracking).

USPS tracking can pause during transit or processing. If it appears stalled beyond typical USPS timelines, follow the Help Center guidance for USPS delays and contact support if you need help investigating. Please note that delivery is not guaranteed, and we don’t provide refunds for lost or undelivered letters.
