LetterStream’s online platform offers a comprehensive set of print and mailing options. Choose a mail type (First-Class, Certified, Postcard, or FedEx 2Day), upload your file and address .cvs file and we will handle the rest.

A Few of the Available Options:
- Single sided or duplex (double-sided) printing
- White or colored paper stock
- Black or full-color printing (ink)
- Return or remittance envelope insertion — Choose with or without a pre-applied postage stamp
- Include a message on envelope (endorsement line)
- #10 envelope can fit up to (14) pages. Need more? Select the Flat 9″x12″ envelope option for quantities up to 75 sheets)
- Add USPS Certified Mail tracking for a fee

Easily select your mail type from a dropdown field. Most mailings can be completed in under two minutes regardless of number of pieces.
A Few Features:
- Addresses can be included in your file, but must align properly to fit our double-window envelope. We offer a PDF check tool that allows you to ensure your document is correctly prepared.
- Using and uploading a CSV file with all your addresses can also help your mailings are successfully prepared and all addresses show through the double-window envelope properly.
- Out system automatically checks your document to ensure properly alignment. If there is an issue a cover sheet is added to your document to ensure successful mailing
- LetterStream First-Class mailings use a #10 (standard business size) envelope with two windows.

- USPS First-Class Mail starts at $ 1.23 each (single sided, BW)
- Add .12¢ for additional side black and white printing
- Add .03¢ for color paper
- Add .03¢ per printed side for full color printing
- Add .15¢ for a return envelope
- Add .98¢ for a return envelope with a First-Class Stamp
- Add .29¢ for each additional ounce (we’ll help you determine that)
- Add USPS Certified Mail tracking starting at $11.16 each
