LetterStream Is Heading to CINC Up 2026

LetterStream at CINC Up 2026.

LetterStream is heading to CINC Up 2026 in Chicago, and this year gives us an extra reason to celebrate: we’ve been a valued CINC partner for 16 years. That’s 16 years of working alongside CINC and helping community management companies find an easier way to send mail online.

From September 2–4, we’ll be joining the CINC community at the Marriott Marquis Chicago for CINC Up 2026. You can find us at Booth #15 and catch us Friday morning for a panel about why physical mail continues to matter as resident communications become increasingly digital. This year’s theme is Built to Break Through, and it feels especially fitting as we look toward what’s next.

16 Years of Supporting CINC and HOA Mail

A lot can change in 16 years.

Technology changes. Community management companies grow. Expectations shift. Processes that once involved stacks of paper, printers, envelopes, postage meters, and trips to the Post Office can now happen with a few clicks.

But one thing hasn’t changed: community associations still have important information that needs to get into homeowners’ hands.

That’s one of the reasons our great relationship with CINC has lasted.

For the past 16 years, LetterStream has been a valued CINC partner, helping support the print and mail needs of community management companies. More importantly, LetterStream is already integrated with CINC, giving CINC users a convenient way to move important documents from their existing workflow into the mail stream.

We’re proud of that history, and we’re excited about the future of this partnership.

Attending CINC Up gives us the chance to hear directly from the people using these tools every day. What has gotten easier? What still takes too much time? What do growing community management companies need from their technology partners?

Those are conversations we want to have in Chicago—and our existing integration with CINC gives us a pretty good place to start.

The LetterStream and CINC Integration Makes HOA Mail Easier

If your team already works inside CINC, simplifying your HOA mail doesn’t have to mean introducing another disconnected system into your operation.

LetterStream is already integrated with CINC.

CINC users can access LetterStream as a print option within CINC for statements and violation letters. If you don’t currently see LetterStream among your print options, talk with your CINC representative about enabling the integration.

Your team is already working inside CINC. Your documents are already there. And when it’s time to turn those digital documents into physical homeowner communications, LetterStream can handle the printing, inserting, postage, and sending for you.

For mail outside the current CINC integration, community management teams can also use LetterStream directly for other communications, from annual meeting notices and homeowner packets to ballots and proxies.

That means less time thinking about envelopes and more time handling the work that actually requires your team’s expertise.

And if you’re wondering how LetterStream might fit into your particular workflow, CINC Up is the perfect time to ask us.

Meet the LetterStream Team at CINC Up 2026 — Booth #15

If you’re attending CINC Up 2026, make sure you come find Aaron Harris from the LetterStream sales team.

Aaron will be there throughout the conference, along with other members of the LetterStream team. Whether you’ve been using LetterStream through CINC for years, recently discovered the integration, or are hearing our name for the first time, come say hello.

And bring your mail questions.

Seriously.

Ask Aaron about statements. Ask him about violation notices. Ask about Certified Mail online, First-Class Mail, larger HOA mailings, or that one oddly specific mailing your team does every year that somehow turns the office into an envelope-stuffing assembly line.

Those are exactly the conversations we enjoy having at CINC Up.

And after years of working with the CINC community, we know there isn’t one universal mail workflow for every community management company. A five-community operation has different challenges than a company managing 50 or 500 communities.

A good print and mail service should be able to support that growth rather than become another process your team has to work around.

So, stop by Booth #15 and let’s talk about it. And if the future of resident communication is something you’re thinking about, there’s another place you’ll find LetterStream during CINC Up.

Beyond the Inbox: Why Physical Mail Still Matters

On Friday, September 4, LetterStream will be participating in the panel, “Beyond the Inbox: Why Physical Mail Still Matters in a Digital Resident Journey.”

When: Friday, September 4, 2026 | 11:00–11:45 AM
Where: Shedd
Track: Industry Breakthroughs

Community management has become increasingly digital, from resident portals and online payments to emails, texts, and automated notifications. But going digital doesn’t mean physical mail has stopped mattering.

Important notices still need attention. Some communications are required to be sent physically. Others simply benefit from having something tangible arrive in a homeowner’s mailbox instead of competing with everything else in an already crowded inbox.

The resident journey doesn’t have to be digital or physical. The opportunity is figuring out where each communication method makes the most sense and how the two can work together.

That’s also why this conversation fits so well with this year’s CINC Up theme, Built to Break Through.

Sometimes “breaking through” means adopting something completely new. Other times, it means finding a smarter way to connect the technology you already use with the processes that still need to happen in the physical world.

Through our longstanding partnership with CINC, we’ve watched community management technology evolve while physical mail has evolved right alongside it. The LetterStream integration with CINC is a good example: documents can move from a digital workflow to physical mail without requiring your team to turn the office into a print shop.

That same idea extends beyond the integration. Whether it’s statements, violation notices, Certified Mail, annual meeting materials, ballots, or other homeowner communications, technology should make the process easier—not create another process your team has to manage.

That’s the bigger conversation we’re looking forward to having during the panel.

If you’re thinking about how your organization communicates with residents, what should stay digital, what belongs in the mailbox, or how the two can work better together, we hope you’ll join us Friday morning.

See You at CINC Up 2026 in Chicago

Between Booth #15, the panel, and three days surrounded by the CINC community, we’re looking forward to plenty of good conversations in Chicago.

Come find Aaron and the rest of the LetterStream team, ask us about the CINC integration, tell us what’s working, or bring us your toughest HOA mail question. And if you want to dig a little deeper into where physical mail fits into the modern resident journey, join us Friday from 11:00–11:45 AM in Shedd.

After 16 years as a valued CINC partner, we’re proud of the relationship we’ve built and excited about what’s ahead.

We’ll see you in Chicago.
