Let me just say this: if you work in community management and didn’t make it to the CAI National Conference in Orlando this year… you missed a good one.
I’ve been to more than a few trade shows in my time, but there was something about this one—maybe it was the energy in the room, the conversations around real challenges HOAs are facing, or maybe it was just the Florida sunshine—but CAI National 2025 hit different.
To everyone who stopped by booth 333 to say hi, ask questions, or just grab a sticker (Yes, we saw you), thank you. Your curiosity and openness are what make these events worth showing up for.
